Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HireBuz website (hiirebuz.vercel.app) or any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HireBuz ("we," "our," or "us").

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you individually and that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or submit any information through it.

2. Description of Services

HireBuz is a global recruitment agency. Our services include:

  • Connecting US-based and international industrial companies ("Employers") with qualified engineering, manufacturing, and industrial professionals ("Candidates") globally.
  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting Candidate profiles to Employers based on submitted hiring requirements.
  • Facilitating introductions between Employers and Candidates for the purpose of employment, including full-time roles, contract positions, and project-based engagements.
  • Providing industry insights, hiring trend articles, and recruitment guidance through the Insights section of the Site.

HireBuz acts as an intermediary. We are not a party to any employment agreement entered into between an Employer and a Candidate. The terms of any employment or engagement are determined exclusively between those parties.

3. User Responsibilities

All users of the Site — whether Employers, Candidates, or general visitors — agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms, inquiries, and communications submitted through the Site.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, databases, or other resources associated with the Site.
  • Not use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Not use any information received through HireBuz's services to spam, harass, or contact individuals in an unsolicited or unlawful manner.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers who submit hiring requests or engage HireBuz's recruitment services additionally agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their company, open roles, job requirements, and compensation expectations.
  • Ensure that any job opportunities submitted are real, active, and compliant with applicable employment law, including anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Not use Candidate profiles or contact information received from HireBuz for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for the specific role for which they were introduced.
  • Not share Candidate information with third parties without the Candidate's knowledge or consent.
  • Notify HireBuz promptly if a role is filled, cancelled, or placed on hold, to avoid continued candidate introductions under false pretenses.
  • Honor any placement fee agreements or service agreements entered into separately with HireBuz. These Terms do not supersede any signed service contract.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates who submit resumes, use the chatbot, or engage HireBuz's services additionally agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about their skills, qualifications, experience, work history, and availability.
  • Not misrepresent credentials, certifications, degrees, employment history, or any other professional information.
  • Understand that by submitting their information, they authorize HireBuz to share their profile with relevant Employer clients for the purpose of recruitment.
  • Notify HireBuz promptly if they accept an offer, are no longer seeking roles, or wish to withdraw their information from active consideration.
  • Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with Employers to whom they are introduced through HireBuz.

6. Data Accuracy

Both Employers and Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to HireBuz. HireBuz does not independently verify all information submitted and relies on the accuracy of the details provided by users.

HireBuz accepts no liability for placement decisions, hiring outcomes, or business losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by Employers or Candidates.

If you discover that information you submitted is incorrect or outdated, you should contact us immediately at info@hirebuz.com so we can update or correct our records.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • HireBuz provides the Site and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service on the Site.
  • HireBuz does not guarantee that any Employer will fill a role, that any Candidate will receive an offer, or that any recruitment engagement will result in a successful hire.
  • HireBuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage.
  • In no event shall HireBuz's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount paid by you to HireBuz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the HireBuz website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, and software — is the property of HireBuz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Site content without our express written permission.
  • Use HireBuz's name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
  • Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site.

Candidate resumes and Employer job briefs submitted through the Site remain the intellectual property of their respective submitters. By submitting this material, you grant HireBuz a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering recruitment services.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. HireBuz has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Termination

HireBuz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Site at any time. If you wish to request deletion of your submitted data, please contact us at info@hirebuz.com. Data deletion requests will be honored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, and 12 of these Terms shall survive any termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of HireBuz's services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution method.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Disclaimer of Endorsement

HireBuz does not endorse any specific Candidate, Employer, company, job opportunity, or third-party service. Any introductions or referrals made by HireBuz are based on professional judgment and available information, but do not constitute a guarantee of suitability, performance, or outcome.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.
